Delivery
The dispatch time of your order will depend on the individual products availability. We aim to dispatch products that are in stock within 5 working days. Where possible we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible, please note you will only be charged one delivery charge per order. Once the order has been dispatched delivery time is normally next working day.

Wallpaper samples are priced at £1 per sample. Samples allow you to see a true representation of colour and subtle texture. Delivery costs £1 for unlimited samples.
Wallpaper Descriptions
All reasonable care has been taken to accurately describe each wallpaper. Every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately on the website to represent true colour. To ensure a true representation (as all monitors show colour slightly differently) it is best to obtain a sample first for colour and finish.
Batch codes should always be the same in any one order to reduce any possibility of variation between rolls. All care shall be taken to ensure that this is undertaken at dispatch.
Stock Availability
We aim to have permanent availability although this cannot be guaranteed. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date after the product is anticipated to be back in stock.
Payment
Earth Inke Wallcoverings accepts all major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Solo and Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal. You will be taken to a secure payment server after check out stage to make your payment securely by credit or debit card.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website.
Short Delivery, Defective Goods or Damaged Goods:
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. To protect your interests, any claim concerning short delivery and/ or damaged and/ or defective goods found on delivery, or concerning damaged or defective goods found at a later date, must be notified as soon as possible to katherine@earthinke.co.uk. We do not accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.
Returns and Refunds Procedure:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it at your cost within 7 working days after receipt of your order. It must be undamaged and in the original packaging for a full refund. Please return to:

We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
In the event of the goods being faulty however we will happily cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange goods. Please send the parcel via a signed for service, please return proof of postage. We will exchange the goods, or reimburse to the card/payment method with which you paid for the goods, once the goods have been returned and received.
Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
